Responsibilities

• Connect with potential clients to understand their insurance needs and provide personalized solutions.
• Develop and present insurance proposals tailored to individual client circumstances.
• Guide clients through the application and policy selection process with clarity and patience.
• Nurture client relationships through regular check-ins and exceptional service.
• Collaborate with the agency team to achieve shared goals and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Stay informed about Allstate products and industry best practices.

Requirements

• Active Texas Property & Casualty License is a bonus
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the insurance industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A genuine desire to help others and build lasting relationships.
• Self-motivated and organized with strong attention to detail.
• Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
