Position Overview:
As a CNA at The Grand Rehabilitation and Nursing at River Valley, you will work as part of a dynamic team to provide care and support to our residents. Whether you're a recent graduate or an experienced CNA, we welcome you to apply. In this role, you will:

• Provide compassionate resident care as directed by nursing staff

• Assist residents with hygiene, bathing, and ADLs (activities of daily living)

• Pass meal trays, feed residents, and monitor food and fluid intake

• Monitor residents, reporting any changes in health or concerns to the nurse

• Maintain a clean and healthy environment, ensuring comfort and safety for residents

Requirements:

• Successful completion of a CNA program

• Current NY State Certification as a CNA

• Good standing with the State Registry

• Ability to work as a team player

• Must meet the requirements set by the Department of Health
