Requirements

✔ 3+ years of concrete finishing experience preferred
✔ Valid driver’s license (required)
✔ Reliable transportation to and from job sites
✔ Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
✔ Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
✔ Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and perform physically demanding work

✔ Has own personal finishing tools

Responsibilities

· Finish concrete slabs, sidewalks, driveways, parking lots, and commercial flatwork

· Screed, float, edge, broom, and trowel concrete

· Assist with form setting, concrete placement, and cleanup

· Follow company safety procedures

· Work efficiently with the crew to complete projects on schedule
