Join Integrity Trade Services (ITS) as a temporary-to-hire CNC professional supporting a leading manufacturer in Alsip, IL. You’ll start between $23.89 and $28.86 per hour based on shift and experience, with weekly pay and access to comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire.

You’ll arrive to a clean, safety-focused shop, review the job packet and blueprints, and set up your CNC mill or lathe for the day’s production. As parts run, you’ll measure, deburr, and make precise offset adjustments to keep everything dead-on. You’ll prep tools for upcoming work, keep visual control systems current, and jump into problem-solving huddles to craft countermeasures that improve flow and quality. When needed, you’ll perform routine preventive maintenance to keep the equipment running at peak performance. Overtime is mandatory when required, including some weekends.

• Location: Alsip, IL
• 1st shift: 7:00 am – 3:30 pm, Mon–Fri | $23.89–$27.51/hr
• 2nd shift: 4:00 pm – 12:30 am, Mon–Fri | $25.24–$28.86/hr
• Position type: Temporary with the opportunity to be hired full-time

• Set up CNC machines, run production parts, and perform routine preventive maintenance
• Inspect components, deburr, and complete manual operations as needed
• Prepare and preset tools for upcoming jobs to minimize changeover time
• Update and maintain visual control systems to track quality and throughput
• Contribute to countermeasures and participate in problem-solving exercises

• 2+ years of machining experience and a high school diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency in CNC setup and operation
• Ability to perform tool changes and in-process offset adjustments
• Strong blueprint reading and GD&T skills
• Experience with common controls (Fanuc, Siemens, Okuma, etc.)
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
• Comfort working in a manufacturing environment with noise, heat/cold, fumes, and chemicals

• Illinois Paid Leave for All Workers: Employees working in Illinois accrue up to 40 hours of paid leave during a 12-month period (or a pro rata amount). Accrual begins on the first day of employment at a rate of 1 hour for every 40 hours worked, up to 40 hours. Earned leave can be used starting 90 calendar days after employment begins.
• 401(k) with company match for eligible employees: After 1 year of service with 1,000 hours and age 21+, entry dates are 1/1 or 7/1. Company matches 100% of the first 3% and 50% of the next 2% (maximum company contribution 4%).
