Responsibilities Providing guests and team members with clean and sanitized utensils, plates, glasses, and equipment. Maintaining cleanliness and maintenance of the dish machine. Keeping the heart of the house clean and tidy by sweeping and mopping floors and emptying trash cans. Washing plates, glassware, silverware, pots/pans, and kitchen utensils per sanitation and cleaning procedures. Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age. Able to stand 100% of the shift with the ability to bend, stoop, and twist. Able to lift and carry up to 70 lbs. Energetic and passionate about delivering great hospitality while having fun at work. Competitive spirit and hustle each shift.
