As a Regional Banker/Teller within PNC's Central Jersey retail organization, you will be based in Blairstown, New Jersey. Job Profile PNC is an in‑office company that encourages a collaborative and supportive culture. This position requires full-time presence at the branch. Job Description Manage the customer experience, improving financial well‑being and creating loyalty while increasing share of wallet through proactive sales and service activities. Drive proactive sales conversations via internal and outbound interactions, including outbound calling, service‑to‑sales, teller interactions, appointment setting, and lobby engagement. Perform lobby engagement to connect with customers and position PNC products to meet their needs, leveraging technology, tools, and resources. Apply product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate, and solve customer problems effectively, driving customer loyalty. Manage risk by adhering to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits, and ensuring teller and branch daily operations and maintenance transactions are completed efficiently and accurately. Pay Transparency Base Salary: $33,750.00 – $56,250.00 (may vary by location, market data, and individual performance). This role is incentive eligible.
