Plastic Machine Operator – Manufacturing Facility

Location: (Actual Work location is St. Charles, MO)

Pay Rates & Shifts:

• $17.56 - Monday- Thursday (Day) 5:00AM-3:30PM
• $18.70 - Monday-Thursday (Night) 3:30PM-2:00AM

Job Summary:
We are seeking motivated  Plastic Component Operators to join our production team. In this entry-level role, you will support manufacturing operations by die-cutting parts, inflating components, performing quality inspections, packing and recording finished products, and ensuring materials flow efficiently through the production process. This role is perfect for individuals who thrive in a  fast-paced, high-volume environment and take pride in producing high-quality work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Die cut, inflate, and inspect plastic components.
• Perform quality checks and record production quantities.
• Pack finished products and prepare for shipment.
• Operate auxiliary equipment and assist with machine start-ups.
• Grind scrap materials and procure raw materials when needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Support other production tasks and miscellaneous functions as required.

Qualifications:

• Ability to perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable standing, sitting, walking, stooping, crouching, kneeling, reaching, climbing, pushing, pulling, and grasping for extended periods.
• Good communication skills (able to talk, hear, and follow instructions clearly).
• Team-oriented mindset with strong attention to safety and quality.
