Adult/Family Nurse Practitioner

Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is currently seeking an Adult/Family Nurse Practitioner to fill an opening with a multi-specialty practice located in Queens, New York. This role offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive primary care services to a diverse patient population in a collaborative and supportive outpatient setting.

Key responsibilities include:

Performing comprehensive physical examinations and patient observations.
Recording and analyzing patients' medical histories and symptoms.
Developing and implementing individualized patient care plans, and contributing to existing ones.
Ordering, administering, and analyzing diagnostic tests and laboratory results.
Diagnosing acute and chronic health issues and prescribing appropriate treatments and medications.
Monitoring and operating medical equipment as needed.
Detecting changes in patients' health and modifying treatment plans accordingly.
Consulting with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals within the multi-specialty practice.
Educating patients and their families on disease prevention, treatment options, medication adherence, and lifestyle modifications.
Maintaining accurate, timely, and thorough documentation in electronic medical records.
