MMD Jersey City, located in the vibrant heart of Jersey City, NJ, is looking for a reliable and experienced Security Guard to help us maintain a safe and secure environment. What You’ll Be Doing:As a Security Guard at MMD Jersey City, your primary responsibility will be ensuring the safety and security of our premises. Here’s what your day-to-day will look like: - Monitor and patrol the premises to prevent unauthorized access and ensure a secure environment. - Respond promptly to security incidents and handle situations with professionalism and discretion. - Conduct routine checks to ensure all safety protocols are being followed. - Collaborate with staff and management to address any security concerns or issues. - Maintain detailed records of daily activities, incidents, and observations.
What We’re Looking For:To thrive in this role, you’ll need: - 1 year of experience in a security role or a related field. - A valid SORA (Security Officer Registration Act) card —this is a must! - Strong observational and problem-solving skills. - The ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations. - Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.
