Maintenance Technician

Job Summary: Children of America is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technicians to join our team. Maintenance personnel ensure the safety of their assigned schools through regular maintenance and repair to the facilities, equipment, and vehicles as requested by corporate and school management. Who Will You Interact With? In this role, you will have daily interactions with Maintenance Leadership and School Management. What are the day-to-day responsibilities? Perform repairs and maintenance on assigned schools ensuring adherence to government and licensing codes. Cooperate with school and corporate management to ensure all work is accomplished in a timely manner. Report any observed needed repairs or maintenance to supervisor. Assist in the setup of all new facilities. Deliver supplies from the warehouse. Maintain supply inventory. Purchase maintenance supplies in accordance with set policies and procedures at Children of America. Be on call in the event of an emergency (may include weekends). Utilize computerized maintenance logs and email to document completion of jobs and daily activity. Ensure that all activities operate consistently and ethically within the mission and values of Children of America. Passionate about Children of America's mission and able to promote and communicate the philosophy, mission and values of Children of America to coworkers, customers and the community. Requirements High school Diploma or GED required. Minimum 2 years of experience in a multi-site maintenance role required. Must have a valid Driver License required. The Base Pay Range The Base pay range for this position is $60,000 to $80,000 annually. Final compensation will be based on experience, skills, location, and internal equity. This role may also be eligible for performance-based incentives or other benefits. Children of America is committed to fair and transparent hiring practices.
