Are you an enthusiastic educator who wants your work to have a lasting impact? Miracle Kids Success Academy (MKSA) and Kids Unlimited Learning Academy (KULA) are looking for compassionate and motivated Teachers to help children with developmental delays and disabilities learn, grow, and thrive.

In this rewarding role, you will create engaging learning experiences that strengthen children's cognitive, social-emotional, communication, and motor skills. You will encourage new discoveries, celebrate important milestones, and help prepare young children for more meaningful and independent lives.

At MKSA/KULA, you will be part of a caring, child-centered team that includes teachers, teacher assistants, occupational therapists, physical therapists, speech-language pathologists, nurses, and other professionals.

As a Teacher, you will:

• Plan and lead engaging, developmentally appropriate classroom activities.

• Help children strengthen cognitive, social-emotional, communication, and motor skills.

• Create a positive, structured, and encouraging learning environment.

• Provide individualized support based on each child's developmental needs.

• Actively supervise children and promote their safety and well-being.

• Track children's progress and complete required classroom documentation.

• Collaborate with teacher assistants, therapists, nurses, families, and other team members.

• Celebrate each child's achievements and encourage continued growth.

A bachelor's degree is required, along with at least one of the following:

• Current Arkansas certification in Early Childhood Special Education

• Current Child Development Associate (CDA) credential

• At least 12 completed college credit hours in early childhood education, child development, special education, elementary education, or child and family studies, along with documented experience working with children with special needs

• At least one year of successful classroom experience working with children who have developmental delays or disabilities is preferred.

• An equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered.

• A genuine passion for teaching and supporting children with special needs

• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with children, families, coworkers, and leadership

• Ability to work with children from birth through age seven and families facing unique challenges

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a busy, team-oriented environment

• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with databases, word processing, spreadsheets, and internet-based programs

• Ability to understand and follow safety requirements, policies, procedures, and other company documents

• Ability to prepare routine reports and correspondence

• Confidence communicating with groups of families or employees

• Basic math skills

• Sound judgment and practical problem-solving abilities
