We are recruiting for the following position:Sea Mar is a mandatory COVID-19 and flu vaccine organizationMaintenance / Housekeeping II - Sea Mar Community Health CentersSea Mar is seeking a reliable and motivated Maintenance/Janitorial Staff member to ensure our facilities remain safe, sanitary, and welcoming for patients, clients, and employees.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform daily cleaning of floors, bathrooms, offices, and common areasDisinfect surfaces and properly dispose of biohazard and general wasteMaintain yard and exterior areas (mowing, trimming, debris and snow removal)Perform minor repairs (plumbing, painting, carpentry, lighting)Monitor building safety systems (smoke alarms, lighting, ventilation)Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and equipmentFollow all safety and health guidelinesQualificationsHigh school diploma or GED preferredValid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable vehicle requiredAbility to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical laborBasic math and reading skillsMaintenance or janitorial experience preferred (training provided)Annual TB test requiredWork EnvironmentIndoor and outdoor workExposure to weather and cleaning chemicalsFast-paced healthcare settingSea Mar Community Health Centers is an Equal Opportunity Employer and offers a competitive benefits package.Starting Wage: $21.30 per hourWork Schedule: Monday – Friday (Some Saturdays may be required)Hourly - Hourly Plan, 21.30 USD HourlyWhat We Offer:Sea Mar offers talented and motivated people the opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing community health organization.
