Nights 12; 36 hours per week Start Date: 6/29/2026 Contract: 13 weeks Location: Petoskey, MI Hourly Pay: $33.70 Non-taxed Stipend: $1,246.00 Weekly Total Pay: $2,155.90 Weekend Requirements: Every other weekend Non-billable Hours: 12 hours of initial hours Traveler Policy: Anyone with a permanent address within a 35 mile radius of facility is considered a local traveler. a strict 3 strike attendance policy to advocate for their patient population. Any RN contractor who is absent from a scheduled shift or is more than 20 minutes late for their scheduled shift 3 times will be terminated effective immediately. Situations such as a communicable disease or hospitalization with supporting evidence will be reviewed in favor of the contractor. This policy will begin on 6/1/2024. Key Responsibilities: Collaborates with other members of the health care team to develop, implement, and evaluate an individualized written plan of care based upon a physiological, psychosocial, spiritual assessment consistent with patient/significant other’s changing needs & goals, utilizing the Clinical Practice Model (CPM) and the “Caring-Quality Model.” Seeks life-long learning through certification, advanced practice, higher education, and literature review. Demonstrates leadership through sharing of knowledge, being a clinical resource, and professional role model. Demonstrates effective communication through collegial relationships, SBAR, and interdisciplinary communication. Demonstrates enhanced time management skills and ability to assist others in order to contribute to the overall performance of the team. Performs other duties consistent with the purpose of the job as directed by general and unit-specific competency-based objectives. Compensation: Weekly Pay (hourly) + Non-taxed Stipend (if eligible) Pay package details provided upon offer Requirements Must have 2+ years of straight med surg.
