Ready to put your welding skills to work? Midway Staffing is hiring experienced Welders to join a growing manufacturing team. If you have experience with multiple welding processes and take pride in producing quality work, we'd love to hear from you!

Location: Phoenix, AZ Schedule: Monday – Friday | 5:30 AM – 2:30 PM | Overtime available Pay Rate: $18.00+/hour DOE

Duties:

• Perform MIG, TIG, Flux Core, and Stick welding on a variety of materials
• Read and follow blueprints, work orders, and welding specifications
• Operate welding equipment safely while maintaining quality standards
• Assist with moving materials using forklifts, scissor lifts, boom lifts, or cranes (if qualified)
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Experience with MIG, TIG, Flux Core, and Stick welding required
• Experience operating forklifts, scissor lifts, boom lifts, or cranes is a plus
• Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to producing quality work
