Rare Candy is seeking a Senior Creative Lead in the United States to own what we create and why. You will direct organic social, paid ads, creator and UGC content, and major launches, working with the Director of Growth and CEO on brand messaging. You will write briefs, guide our in-house creators and freelancers, run creative testing, and turn wins into scalable systems that drive performance. #J-18808-Ljbffr
