Whether you’re **pulling parts** manually or **operating warehouse equipment**, you will be part of a team where your work makes a real impact and produces results. **Multiple shifts, competitive pay**, and **incredible incentives** await!**What’s in It for YOU?*** **Up to $18.50/hour starting pay*** **$1,000 Sign-On Bonus** just for joining the team! + Paid $500 after 6 months, another $500 at 12 months of continuous, active full-time employment* **Employee of the Month awards** (Based on performance)!**Key Responsibilities**As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a vital role in the daily operations of our distribution center:* **Product Handling:** Accurately pull, scan, package, and stage orders for delivery* **Inbound Processing:** Receive shipments and stock inventory in designated warehouse locations* **Loading & Unloading:** Stack, wrap, and load/unload trucks safely and efficiently* **Equipment Operation:** Use pallet jacks, forklifts, order pickers, and other warehouse equipment (training provided)* **Inventory Accuracy:** Ensure correct parts and quantities are handled at every step* **Team Collaboration:** Communicate clearly with peers and supervisors to ensure workflow success* **Clean & Safe Workplace:** Maintain cleanliness and follow all safety protocols* **Flexibility**: Perform other warehouse tasks as assigned based on daily needs**Do you have what it takes to succeed at KAO?*** Are you 18 years of age or older?* Can you lift products that weigh up to 75 lbs. consistently?* Are you comfortable working on your feet all day—standing, walking, bending, and climbing ladders?* Are you able to work at heights up to 30 feet without issue?* Can you pay strong attention to detail in a fast-paced, accuracy-driven environment?* Can we depend on you to show up on time and have a strong work ethic?* Are you willing to work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse (temperatures vary by season)?* Do you have forklift operator experience?
