The Experienced Carpenter will contribute to the construction and remodeling of residential custom homes, applying skilled carpentry techniques across various project types. This role involves framing, finish carpentry, and site cleanup while ensuring safety and adherence to blueprints. The carpenter will report to the project manager and is expected to bring a minimum of three years of residential carpentry experience to deliver quality workmanship on new builds and remodeling projects.
Responsibilities
- Perform framing and finish carpentry work on custom homes and remodeling projects
- Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate construction
- Maintain a clean and safe worksite
- Follow safety compliance regulations
- Assist with various carpentry tasks as directed by the project manager
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years experience in residential carpentry
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with residential carpentry and framing techniques
- Proficient use of hand and power tools
- Strong blueprint interpretation skills
- Attention to detail with ability to manage time effectively
