What You'll Do
- Provide patient care before, during, and after surgical procedures
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of sterile environments
- Support anesthesia providers with conscious sedation (if experienced)
- Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout perioperative phases
- Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure procedures are executed efficiently
- Document procedures and patient responses accurately
- Respond to emergency situations as needed during shift
What You Need
Required:
- Current Indiana RN license or multistate license
- BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications at time of submission
- At least 2 years of perioperative nursing experience
- Ability to work 8-hour days with call shifts
Preferred:
- Experience with conscious sedation procedures
- Ability to adapt to surgical team needs in a fast-paced environment
