NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Manager, Advisor Technology to join our client’s team in St. Petersburg, FL . This is a Onsite (Direct Hire) position. SALARY: $140,000 - $150,000 (depending on experience) Unfortunately, at this time our client is unable to sponsor or transfer visas. Only candidates authorized to work in the US without sponsorship should apply. REQUIREMENTS 10+ years of experience in wealth management or RIA technology Hands‑on experience with Black Diamond, Addepar, eMoney, MoneyGuide, or similar platforms Proven leadership experience managing specialists or teams Strong vendor management and executive communication skills Experience leading platform implementations, onboarding, and adoption RESPONSIBILITIES Own platform strategy, standards, and delivery for reporting and planning tools Lead onboarding, training, and adoption programs for advisors Manage and develop a team of platform specialists Act as escalation point for complex client or platform issues Partner with vendors, Product, and Engineering on platform roadmaps and integrations We are an Equal Opportunity Employer #J-18808-Ljbffr
