About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to join a collaborative marketing team supporting a diverse portfolio of consumer brands across fragrance, personal care, home, pet, and laundry categories. This role will be responsible for bringing brand stories to life through innovative packaging, marketing campaigns, presentations, and digital assets that resonate with consumers and support business growth.

The ideal candidate is a versatile designer who can move seamlessly between concept development and execution, with a strong eye for trends, branding, and visual storytelling. Experience creating emotionally engaging designs within fragrance, beauty, or lifestyle categories is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Translate creative briefs into compelling visual concepts and brand solutions.
• Develop packaging, labels, presentations, and marketing materials for a variety of consumer product categories.
• Design both traditional and digital assets including catalogs, direct mail, advertisements, sales collateral, email campaigns, and social media content.
• Partner closely with Marketing, Sales, and Product Development teams to support new product launches and brand initiatives.
• Create trend-forward concepts inspired by consumer insights and emerging market trends.
• Prepare production-ready artwork and ensure consistency across all brand touchpoints.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
• Track project workflows and collaborate with cross-functional teams using Monday.com.
• Manage one graphic designer.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design.
• 5+ years of graphic design experience in an agency, consumer products company, or in-house creative environment.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, packaging, marketing collateral, and concept development.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, print production, and digital design best practices.
• Experience working within consumer goods is a plus.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to balance creativity with business objectives in a fast-paced environment.

The base pay range listed reflects what we reasonably expect to offer for this role. Actual pay may vary based on location, experience, and performance.
