Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Ability to obtain and maintain a State of Nevada Physical Therapy license. Provisional License acceptable until State of Nevada Physical Therapy license is issued.
• BLS/CPR certification per AHA standards required.
• Minimum two-year clinical experience in the respective department required.

Assignment Details

• 5x8's, varied shifts.
• Rotating days of the week, including weekends.
• Call requirements to be discussed during interview.
• May be required to float to other settings within the organization based on competency level and business needs.
• Will be required to pick up one additional shift during the schedule period.
• Schedule can include weekends, holidays, and some call shifts.
