Details Rehabilitation setting Monday through Friday schedule, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Traveler must be open to working any day of the week, as self-scheduling is not available 50 hours of experience required weekly Requirements Active SLP license (license required if applicable) At least 1 year of experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist Current BLS certification Social Security number (full SSN preferred; last 4 digits acceptable) Valid driver's license required for consideration Date of birth (DOB) required for consideration One reference required for consideration Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to qualify for travel pay rates Additional Information Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) certification may be required depending on unit assignment; accepted credentials include a Blue Card from CPI or MAB (Management of Assaultive Behavior) certification Candidates who have previously worked at this facility as permanent employees must obtain MSP approval prior to being considered RTO requests should be kept to fewer than 7 days for the duration of the contract Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.
