RN Supervisor Beechwood Health & Rehabilitation Center New London, CT
Beechwood Health & Rehabilitation Center is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse Supervisor 11-7 including every other weekend to lead our clinical team. As a 5-Star rated facility known for exceptional resident care, we're looking for a strong clinical leader who brings professionalism, compassion, and a commitment to quality.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical oversight to nursing staff during the day shift
- Support, mentor, and guide CNAs and nurses to ensure high-quality resident care
- Conduct rounds, monitor resident status, and respond to changes in condition
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members and families
- Maintain accurate documentation and promote a positive work environment
Qualifications
- Current RN license in the state of Connecticut
- Prior supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to multitask and manage clinical priorities
