Project Manager CRM

Job Summary:

The ConnectPEI eCRM Project Manager will lead the implementation of the Province's Enterprise Client Relationship Management system using an Agile-Iterative approach. This role involves managing project governance, planning, execution, and delivery to ensure the successful deployment and operational transition of the eCRM platform, while collaborating with stakeholders and cross-functional teams. Responsibilities:

• Leverage CRM knowledge to manage the ConnectPEI eCRM project.
• Follow Agile Iterative Methodology and utilize provided program templates.
• Develop and maintain project governance structures and decision-making processes.
• Define project objectives, scope, requirements, and deliverables with stakeholder approval.
• Plan, estimate, and schedule project tasks, resources, timelines, and milestones.
• Develop and implement project management and implementation strategies.
• Monitor and execute project plans, budgets, and expenditures.
• Identify, document, report, and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Perform change management to achieve project deliverables.
• Manage communication and reporting through status updates, meetings, and documentation.
• Ensure quality completion of project documentation and obtain necessary approvals.
• Establish and approve operational plans and transition projects to operational teams.
• Collaborate closely with program and project team members.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Province.

Required Skills & Certifications:

• Minimum five (5) years of project management experience in complex environments.
• At least two (2) years of experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Commercial off-the-Shelf (CoTS) products.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies, preferably Agile-Iterative.
• Strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks within team settings.
• Experience creating and managing project plans using MS Project Online or equivalent software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Experience working in dynamic, multifaceted, mostly remote team environments.
• Strong customer service orientation.

Preferred Skills & Certifications:

• Project management certification.
• Experience as a Project Manager for Oracle Fusion Cloud Sales and Service CRM.
• Change management experience.
• Experience working with government organizations and the Province.
• Familiarity with MS Azure DevOps.

Special Considerations:

• Must adhere to Agile Iterative delivery methodology and program templates.
• Work may involve managing multiple contracts and resources.
• Project timelines and scope may be adjusted by the Province.

Scheduling:

• Work term tentatively from October 8, 2026, to October 8, 2027, with possibility of extension.
• Work schedule to be determined in alignment with project needs and stakeholder requirements.
