Our client, an American industrial manufacturing and automation company, is seeking a Field Service Technician to join their team. As a Field Service Technician, you will be part of the Field Service Department supporting customers nationwide. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, mechanical aptitude, and excellent customer service abilities which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Cincinnati/Harrison, OH (90% domestic travel)

Pay Range: Starting at $29/hr (paid door-to-door)

What's the Job?

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair advanced OEM machinery at customer sites
• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Diagnose and resolve complex equipment issues to ensure optimal performance and safety
• Complete service documentation and manage reports for accurate invoicing
• Provide hands-on customer support and training while traveling up to 90% nationally

• Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and technical skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Willingness to travel extensively (7590% overnight travel required)
• Strong communication, customer service, and computer skills
