Kelly Services is seeking a  Service Customer Service Representative for a valued client in Greensboro, NC. In this role, you will join a dedicated team providing rapid roadside assistance and logistical support to customers throughout North America. The position is based in a 24/7/365 high-volume call center, where your efforts will help minimize downtime and ensure exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities

• Promptly answer and accurately respond to incoming phone calls regarding roadside assistance and other inquiries while maintaining professional phone etiquette.
• Delivering outstanding customer service by exercising sound business judgment, listening actively, and probing necessary information.
• Accurately document all inquiries and case details to ensure transparent and seamless communication with customers.
• Keep all relevant parties informed throughout the duration of breakdown events.
• Coordinate dispatch services and follow up with service providers to resolve issues and minimize service delays.
• Utilize provided tools, resources, and systems, following established operating procedures to ensure consistent customer experience.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally over the phone.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well in high-pressure, team-oriented situations.
• Experience with case management or CRM tools is a plus.
• Availability to work various shifts, including some weekends and holidays, as part of a 24/7 operation.
