LEAD MEDICAL TECHNICIAN
Department of the Army
Duties
Provide technical guidance to subordinates within designated Military Entrance Processing Center.
Assist in the evaluation of applicant medical histories and physicals to determine ultimate medical fitness for military duty.
Direct clinical workflows and personnel to guarantee all medical tasks were performed in accordance with established guidelines.
Conduct diagnostic screenings and clinical evaluations (i.e., specimen collection, hearing and vision test) on military applicants.
Verify applicants' identity using previously captured biometrics (i.e., digital fingerprints and photographs).
Conduct routine inspections of medical equipment to guarantee operational readiness.
