Service Greeter

Pay: Starting at $19 hourly

Schedule: 4 shifts/10 hours each on a rotating basis.

We're looking for a friendly and detail-oriented Service Greeter to be the first point of contact for our valued service customers.

As a Service Greeter, you'll set the tone for our service experience by welcoming customers, assisting with their arrival, and ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in process. This is a customer-facing role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys helping others.

Greeter Responsibilities:

• Schedule appointments & welcome the client when they arrive
• Determine the nature of the client's visit & escort the client to the appropriate department/area
• Provide information to personnel regarding client needs and expectations ensuring the team is prepared to provide the highest level of service
• Provide administrative support to the staff when necessary
• Maintain and stock client refreshments and waiting areas

Qualifications:

• Communication skills communicate effectively with others
• Time Management ability to manage one's own time
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence

The hourly pay for this position is $19. Actual pay offered will be based on skills, qualifications and experience, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
