Luther Lanard, PC is a boutique law firm based in Newport Beach, CA, specializing in Franchise law, looking for a Dallas/Fort Worth-based attorney. We are experiencing tremendous growth and are looking for a remote or onsite full-time litigation attorney with at least 4 years of business litigation experience (experience in Franchise law is a plus), managing your own caseload and taking cases to trial. Reasonable Expectations Target 1,750 billable hours annually (including 100 creditable non-billable hours), with plenty of room for growth and performance-based bonuses. You'll also receive origination credit for the business you bring in.
