We are looking for a hands-on carpenter who can do more than perform quality work: someone who can help keep projects organized, materials moving, jobsites ready, and the Project Manager informed.

The Opportunity

The Logistics Coordinator is a carpenter-based field role that connects project planning with daily execution. This person performs carpentry and general construction work while also coordinating materials, tools, deliveries, site readiness, jobsite organization, and field documentation. The role reports directly to the Project Manager and is designed for someone who takes ownership, anticipates what the crew needs next, and helps prevent downtime.

What You'll Do

• Perform skilled carpentry and general construction work including framing, doors, trim, cabinetry, blocking, repairs, punch work, and finish carpentry.
• Review daily and upcoming project needs with the Project Manager and help prepare jobsites before crews and subcontractors arrive.
• Coordinate material pickups, deliveries, staging, returns, transfers, and jobsite inventory.
• Confirm required tools, equipment, fixtures, and materials are available before scheduled work begins.
• Maintain clean, safe, professional, and organized jobsites, material areas, vehicles, and company storage areas.
• Receive and inspect deliveries; identify shortages, damage, incorrect material, or missing components immediately.
• Support subcontractor access, site setup, protection, sequencing, and day-to-day field coordination as directed by the Project Manager.
• Document deliveries, existing conditions, completed work, deficiencies, concealed conditions, and punch items in CompanyCam.
• Identify field conflicts, missing information, material issues, quality concerns, and schedule risks early and communicate them to the Project Manager.
• Complete punch-list and corrective work quickly and to E9 quality standards.
• Protect client property and maintain professionalism in occupied homes, senior living communities, and commercial facilities.

What We're Looking For

• Hands-on carpentry or construction experience with the ability to independently complete common carpentry tasks.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to think one or two steps ahead.
• Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and ability to travel between E9 projects, vendors, and the shop.
• Ability to safely lift, carry, load, unload, and stage construction materials and equipment.
• Comfort using a smartphone, email, construction apps, and photo documentation systems.
• Strong communication, urgency, attention to detail, and follow-through.
• Professional conduct around clients, residents, property managers, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Willingness to learn, cross-train, and grow into increased field leadership responsibility.
