Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $36 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver therapy interventions according to the PT plan of care
- Document patient progress and treatment responses
- Assist with patient education and home exercise programs
- Communicate patient status and concerns to the supervising PT
- Adhere to safety, infection control, and compliance standards
- Support patients in restoring mobility and achieving treatment goals
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Active state PTA license (or ability to obtain)
- Ability to follow treatment plans and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
Education
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong communication skills
- Knowledge of safety and infection control protocols
- Understanding of treatment plan adherence
- Experience with therapy interventions
- Proficiency in documentation
- Patient education and home exercise program instruction
- Interdisciplinary collaboration
