Role Description Lawley Endodontics is looking for a full-time Treatment Coordinator to join our team in Milford, Ohio. This is a patient-facing position that combines treatment coordination, scheduling, insurance, financial communication, and front-office responsibilities. The right person will be confident communicating with patients, comfortable discussing treatment and financial information, and able to stay organized in a busy specialty practice. Our Treatment Coordinator helps patients understand what to expect, answers questions clearly, and makes what can sometimes feel like an overwhelming dental experience feel much more manageable. Responsibilities include: Welcoming patients and helping create a calm, professional, and friendly experience Reviewing recommended treatment and helping patients understand the next steps in their care Scheduling evaluations, treatment, and follow-up appointments Coordinating communication between patients, the doctor, clinical team, and referring dental offices Verifying insurance benefits and reviewing estimated patient responsibility Discussing fees, payment expectations, and available payment options with patients Preparing treatment estimates and maintaining accurate patient records Answering phone calls, emails, and patient questions in a clear and professional manner Confirming appointments and helping maintain an efficient daily schedule Supporting the front office and team wherever needed to keep the day running smoothly Qualifications We are looking for someone who is organized, dependable, personable, and comfortable taking ownership of their role. The ideal candidate will have: Previous dental or medical office experience; dental experience is strongly preferred Experience with scheduling, insurance verification, treatment coordination, or front-office responsibilities Strong communication and customer service skills Confidence discussing treatment recommendations, fees, insurance benefits, and financial responsibility with patients Excellent attention to detail and follow-through The ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced environment Strong computer skills and the ability to learn practice-management software and office systems A professional, team-oriented attitude The ability to communicate compassionately with patients who may be anxious, uncomfortable, or in pain A willingness to learn and contribute beyond a narrowly defined job description High school diploma or equivalent required.
