Quick Facts Location: Wisconsin Rapids, WI Start Date: 08/19/2026 Shift: Full shifts, Mon-Fri 7AM-7PM; Weekends/Holidays 8AM-1PM Hours/week: Varies based on schedule Employment Type: Full-time License/Certs: Active State License, ACLS/BLS per facility requirements Experience: Prior primary care or urgent care experience preferred but not required Pay & Benefits Hourly Rate: $1.00 (pay package discussed upon application) Benefits: Competitive pay packages Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time in accordance with state/federal laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable What You’ll Do Provide high-quality care to adult and pediatric patients in a walk-in setting Perform assessments, diagnoses, and treatment planning Document patient encounters accurately and efficiently Collaborate with team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes Manage multiple cases with a focus on compassionate, patient-centered care What You Need Valid State License as an NP or PA Comfortable working with both adult and pediatric populations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Prior experience in urgent or primary care is preferred but not required About the Assignment This opportunity is with a leading facility in Wisconsin Rapids, WI, providing comprehensive urgent care and primary care services.
