Responsibilities The HR Specialist-Benefits supports the daily functions of the Human Resources Benefits and Retirement Department and provides service excellence, support, and coordination of Community Health System’s benefit programs. The HR Specialist-Benefits should possess a demonstrated ability to proactively and effectively communicate, accurately process transactions, maintain records, critically think through issues, effectively answer inquiries, prioritize, and ensure appropriate follow-up when needed. Demonstrates excellent customer service, a professional image, and develops rapport to assist internal customers in navigating benefit options or inquires, as well as provide a positive first impression of CHS and the Human Resources department. Provides front desk reception and administrative support to department Director, benefits and retirement team.Work Schedule: Full-Time Onsite in Fresno.
