we'd love to hear from you.The RoleAs Head of Delivery, you'll be accountable for defining and executing the IOS delivery strategy, ensuring the successful delivery of a diverse portfolio of programmes and projects across Anglian Water.Reporting to the IOS Delivery Director, you'll provide strategic leadership across delivery operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, commercially and in line with regulatory and business objectives.You'll lead a team of Programme and Senior Programme Managers, whilst providing broader functional leadership across internal teams, alliance partners and supply chain organisations.This is a role that combines strategic thinking with operational excellence, requiring a leader who can balance customer outcomes, You'll BringWe're looking for an experienced programme delivery leader with a track record of successfully managing large-scale, complex infrastructure or operational portfolios.Essential ExperienceSenior leadership experience delivering complex infrastructure programmes and major capital projectsExperience managing multi-disciplinary and multi-organisation delivery teamsProven ability to lead large programme portfolios with significant budgets and strategic importanceExperience engaging and influencing senior internal and external stakeholdersProfessional qualification and significant experience within engineering, programme management, infrastructure delivery or a related disciplineEssential SkillsStrategic programme and portfolio managementCommercial and financial leadershipGovernance, risk and performance managementStrong project controls expertise including cost, schedule and risk managementLeadership, coaching and talent developmentExcellent stakeholder
