What You'll Do

• Provide outpatient primary care to geriatric patients in a clinical setting
• Manage chronic and complex health conditions common among seniors
• Conduct general geriatric evaluations and assessments
• Deliver preventive care and coordinate ongoing treatment plans
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes
• Document patient visits efficiently using EMR (Epic)
• Participate in call coverage approximately one week per year, including after-hours and weekend duties as needed

What You Need

• Valid Medical License and certification to practice in Texas
• Board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• At least 1 year of outpatient geriatric or primary care experience
• Excellent diagnostic and patient management skills
• Ability to manage chronic conditions independently in an outpatient setting
