Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Labor & Delivery to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care to laboring patients, including those with high-risk conditions such as pre-eclampsia and diabetes.
• Contribute to the management of active labor, induction, and augmentation processes.
• Assess and monitor fetal heart rate patterns using both external and internal fetal monitoring systems.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Document patient data and care activities accurately in Epic charting system.
• Assist with emergency procedures, including C-sections and maternal emergencies.

Qualifications

• Current Washington or Compact RN license.
• Minimum of 2 years of recent labor and delivery experience.
• Certification in ACLS, BLS, NRP, and AWHONN Intermediate required.
• Proficiency with Epic charting system.
• Experience in a teaching hospital setting is preferred.
• Ability to work some weekend shifts as required.
