American Impact and Energy is looking for a motivated Sales Team Manager to lead our in-person appointment-setting team. This is an opportunity to take your sales experience to the next level by coaching a team, building a strong sales pipeline, and helping your people reach their potential.

You'll spend time both leading from the field and developing your team , providing hands-on coaching while helping appointment setters improve their communication, confidence, and results.

What You'll Do

As a Sales Team Manager, you'll be responsible for helping your team consistently generate qualified opportunities for our closing team.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Lead and coach a team of field appointment setters.

• Train new team members on customer engagement, communication, and appointment-setting strategies.

• Spend time in the field providing hands-on coaching and support.

• Help team members build confidence and improve their performance.

• Monitor team activity and appointment-setting results.

• Set daily and weekly goals and help the team stay on track.

• Review performance and provide constructive feedback.

• Help your team effectively qualify potential customers.

• Demonstrate successful face-to-face sales and customer engagement techniques.

• Build a positive, accountable, and motivated team culture.

• Identify opportunities to improve team performance and lead generation.

What We're Looking For

You should have:

• Previous experience leading, coaching, or managing a sales team.

• Strong face-to-face communication and interpersonal skills.

• The ability to motivate and develop different types of personalities.

• Confidence providing coaching and constructive feedback.

• A positive, resilient attitude when handling rejection and challenges.

• Strong organization and time-management skills.

• A self-motivated, results-oriented mindset.

• A willingness to lead by example and spend time in the field.

• Previous appointment-setting or field sales experience is a strong plus.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

• Valid driver's license.

• Reliable personal vehicle.

• Comfortable traveling within the assigned territory.

• Comfortable working in an outdoor, face-to-face sales environment.

Earning Potential

This is a performance-driven leadership opportunity with significant earning potential.

Experienced leaders may have the opportunity to earn $20,000–$40,000 per month , depending on team performance and results.
