Registered Nurse – Operating Room (Travel Contract)

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Travel | Days | 4 x 10-hour shifts (6:45 AM – 5:15 PM) | 13 Weeks

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct perioperative nursing care to adult patients in a 13-bed operating room suite
• Operate and assist with advanced surgical equipment including robotic systems (DaVinci), Mako, Holmium Laser, and Hana table
• Document patient care accurately using Cerner EHR
• Maintain a 1:1 patient ratio throughout surgical procedures
• Participate in on-call rotation, including up to 7 days per month covering Friday, Saturday, and Sunday

Required Qualifications

• Active RN licensure (ADN or BSN accepted)
• Minimum of 1–2 years of Operating Room experience
• Ability to work 10-hour day shifts across a 4-day schedule
• Willingness to fulfill call requirements (up to 7 days per month including weekends)
• Must meet travel eligibility requirements (residing 60 or more miles from facility)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in orthopedic or neurosurgical OR settings
• Familiarity with robotic-assisted surgical platforms
