Director of Procurement

Truity Partners is supporting a manufacturing organization in Waukesha, WI with their search for a Procurement Director. This is a permanent, direct-hire opportunity supporting purchasing and supplier management across multiple facilities within a growing organization. Compensation is targeted at $120,000–$125,000 per year, with possible flexibility based on experience and qualifications.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee purchasing and procurement activities across multiple manufacturing facilities
• Manage supplier relationships, pricing negotiations, and vendor agreements
• Identify cost savings opportunities and improve purchasing processes
• Partner with operations, engineering, and finance on purchasing needs
• Provide guidance and oversight to purchasing team members
• Monitor supplier performance, pricing, quality, and delivery
• Support improvements to procurement reporting, systems, and procedures

REQUIREMENTS

• 7+ years of procurement, purchasing, or sourcing experience within manufacturing industry
• Previous procurement or purchasing leadership experience
• Experience managing supplier relationships, negotiations, and cost savings initiatives
• Multi-site or multi-location experience preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a hands-on, fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel; ERP experience preferred
