Work Environment\n

This position primarily operates in a remote setting, allowing you the flexibility to support clients from your home office while maintaining a robust work-life balance. Despite the distance, we emphasize collaboration among our multi-disciplinary team through regular virtual meetings and ongoing training sessions. The typical work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some flexibility to accommodate the needs of our patients.

The therapist in this role will serve a diverse clientele that includes individuals from varied ethnic and cultural backgrounds, as well as specific focus on LGBTQ+ individuals and immigrant populations. This necessitates a keen understanding of the unique challenges these groups face and an ability to provide tailored therapeutic approaches to meet their specific mental health needs.

  • A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

  • A current and valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Nevada.

  • A robust understanding of mental health disorders, evidence-based treatment methodologies, and a strong commitment to cultural competence in therapeutic practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n
