Job Requirements

• Active Vermont CNA license required at time of submission
• 2 years of Certified Nursing Assistant experience required
• Prior travel CNA experience required
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
• Epic EMR experience within the last 2 years required
• BLS certification required
• Must be available to work holidays as scheduled
• Reliable transportation strongly recommended due to limited public transit access in the area

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate daily care and support to long-term care residents ages 60+
• Assist with activities of daily living, comfort measures, and routine patient needs
• Support a safe, clean, and organized care environment
• Document care accurately in Epic EMR and communicate important updates to the nursing team
• Float as needed to support unit needs and maintain quality patient care
• Work collaboratively with nurses and other healthcare professionals to promote resident well-being
• Deliver respectful, patient-centered care in a busy but supportive setting
