Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN, Emergency Room to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality emergency care to patients across all age groups, including newborns to geriatrics.
• Utilize specialized equipment such as Rapid Infusor and Arctic Sun for patient care.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR system, with a focus on EPIC experience.
• Work collaboratively with clinical teams to manage patients with conditions like stroke, sepsis, trauma, and cardiac arrest.
• Demonstrate charge capability in managing patient care and operational flow in a 64-bed capacity unit.
• Adapt to varying duties, including floating as required within the facility.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in New York with all licenses verified via NURSYS.
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in an Emergency Department, including pediatric experience.
• Current certifications in ACLS, BLS, PALS, NIHSS, and TNCC are mandatory.
• Documented travel experience in a similar setting is required.
• Strong proficiency with EPIC EMR software.
• Capability to wear Navy Blue scrubs as part of the dress code.
