Primary Care Physician – Full-time Location: Yonkers – Park Care site Job Type: Full-Time Compensation: $237,182.40 - $269,755.20 per year Sign-On Bonus: $5,000 for eligible external applicants (Terms and conditions apply). Responsibilities Participate in planning and developing health care services, treatment of conditions and illnesses within scope. Diagnose and provide treatment plans for patients. Collaborate and supervise advanced provider clinicians. Complete and participate in chart review process. Referral and follow-up of patients when needed. Collaborate with other members of the Health Center to maintain high quality standards and achieve client satisfaction. Clinical Supervision: Oversee the clinical work of students or new providers, ensuring they adhere to best practices and organizational standards. Mentorship and Guidance: Provide mentorship and guidance to students or new providers, helping them develop their clinical skills and professional behavior. Educational Support: Facilitate educational sessions, workshops or seminars to enhance the learning experience of trainees. Performance Evaluation: Assess the performance of students or new providers, provide constructive feedback and document progress. Patient Care: Ensure high-quality patient care while supervising and mentoring patients. Collaboration: Work closely with academic institutions and other healthcare professionals to coordinate educational activities and ensure a comprehensive learning experience. Qualifications Doctorate Degree (MD, DO) Active/Valid license as an MD or DO in New York State, DEA, Board certification Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred) Experience in HIV care and Medication-Assisted Treatment (preferred) Demonstrated ability to work with diverse patient populations in community health setting.
