Our team-driven environment emphasizes accountability, safety, and long-term career growth for our employees.Why join us?401(k) with Generous MatchComprehensive Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life InsuranceGenerous PTO & Paid HolidaysCareer Growth: Advancement opportunities within a growing organizationCollaborative Work Environment: Work alongside experienced plant leadership and cross-functional teamsStable Industry: Essential food manufacturing sectorJob DetailsShift: 3pm to midnight Monday through Friday Key Responsibilities and DutiesLead and direct 2nd shift production supervisors to meet daily production targetsEnsure product quality, yield optimization, and efficient labor utilizationMonitor and report key production metrics (efficiency, downtime, yields)Drive continuous improvement initiatives including Lean Manufacturing and TQMEnforce compliance with HACCP, GMP, USDA, OSHA, and internal standardsPartner with maintenance teams to ensure equipment uptime and reliabilityCollaborate with plant leadership, vendors, and regulatory agenciesMaintain accurate HACCP documentation and production recordsSupervise, train, and develop 40–50 employeesManage staffing, scheduling, and attendanceConduct team meetings, coaching, and performance evaluationsFoster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvementQualifications Needed:Associate or Bachelor's degree in Poultry Science, Animal Science, Agriculture, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)Minimum 3+ years of supervisory experience in poultry or food manufacturingExperience or strong background in high-volume food production environmentsStrong background in HACCP, GMP, USDA, and OSHA complianceProven ability to lead teams, improve processes, and drive operational efficiencyStrong analytical, organizational, and communication skillsBilingual English/Spanish preferredAbility to work in cold, wet, and physically demanding environmentsJobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
