Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is an integrated behavioral healthcare agency offering a variety of different programs throughout Arizona. CBI provides residential, outpatient, inpatient, physical health, medication-assisted treatment, and crisis services to individuals experiencing substance use disorder, homelessness, and mental illness. Job Summary

The Lead Mentor is responsible for the initial and ongoing monitoring of skills and knowledge of employees assigned to his or her site. Will work closely with the Operations Administrator, Nurse Manager, Clinical Director, and Clinical Manager in monitoring each unit's safety practices and training needs. In this role the Lead Mentor will assist in the development and monitoring of each unit's training plan.

Skills/Requirements

• Highschool diploma or GED required. Associates Degree or higher preferred.
• 2-5 years of experience in the health care field required.
• 1-3 years of experience in a training or education role preferred.
• Minimum of six months of recovery from substance use and/or mental health disorders preferred.
• Emergency Medical Technician certification (valid within the state of Arizona) is preferred but not required for this position.
• Certified Nurse Assistant certification (current and valid within the State of Arizona) is preferred but not required of this position.
• Current AZ Driver's License (valid and in good standing).
• Clear 39-month Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
