Schedule/Hours:

• Travel assignment with flexible duration and hours

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of recent (within the last 3 years) full-time ICU RN experience
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Registered Nurse licensure (active and in good standing in the state of practice)
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
• Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) or related field preferred
• Two years of recent ICU experience strongly preferred
• NIH Stroke Scale Certification preferred
• CCRN certification preferred
• Dialysis/SLED or equivalent experience preferred

Responsibilities:

• Provide expert, compassionate nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain meticulous patient records and uphold clinical documentation standards
• Respond quickly to emergencies, demonstrating clinical knowledge and composure under pressure
• Engage in unit-based quality initiatives and evidence-based practice
