About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join its executive team. This includes but is not limited to, accounting, budgeting, treasury management, patient financial services, revenue cycle, financial planning and analysis, reimbursement, and financial reporting. The role also involves providing strategic guidance on capital planning, financial forecasting, and growth initiatives, while maintaining a focus on sound fiscal stewardship in a complex and rapidly changing healthcare environment. The ideal CFO for the company will be a visionary financial executive with a proven track record in leading financial transformation and continuous improvement. They will champion innovation, strengthen performance measurement, and work collaboratively with operational leaders to align resources with strategic priorities.
