Engineering Account Executive Automation Staffing Sales Executive Location: United States Function: Sales / Business Development Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role We are looking for a motivated Engineering Account Executive to drive growth in the Automation fields . This position is perfect for a sales professional who can provide customized solutions for engineering challenges. You will collaborate with engineering leaders to tackle business issues through statement of work (SOW) strategies and versatile staffing models . Key Responsibilities Lead business development in the Automation engineering sectors Identify and connect with potential clients, while nurturing relationships with current accounts Conduct meetings with engineering and operational leaders to grasp their workforce needs and growth plans Create and present tailored solutions, including project-based (SOW) projects and staffing services Utilize industry insights and market trends to offer value-oriented solutions Develop lasting relationships with key stakeholders, such as executives, engineering directors, and hiring managers Work with internal teams to ensure successful client engagements Manage sales pipeline, forecast revenue, and meet or exceed targets consistently Maintain professionalism, teamwork, and a high level of accountability Qualifications Bachelor’s degree preferred (but not mandatory) 2+ years of B2B sales experience in engineering services, staffing, or workforce solutions Experience working with Automation engineering clients highly desired Proven ability to sell in a solution-oriented, consultative environment Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Track record of building and maintaining client relationships Self-motivated with strong business acumen and results-driven mentality Compensation & Benefits Salary range based on experience and location Uncapped commission structure and performance-based bonuses Comprehensive benefits package to support health, finances, and work-life balance Equal Opportunity Statement Our company is dedicated to creating a diverse and inclusive environment.
