Surg Tech CVOR - Travel Job

Join our team as a Certified CVOR Surgical Technologist in Largo, FL at a hospital setting. You will function as a member of the cardiac surgical team, assisting physicians and nurses in the operating room during procedures. You will support patient safety by preparing the OR, sterilizing and organizing instruments, and assisting with intraoperative care.

Minimum Requirements:

• Current certification from a program accredited by the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA).
• BLS certification.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a certified CVOR technologist in a cardiac surgical environment.
• Experience working in a hospital operating room setting.
• Ability to follow facility scrub color and parking protocols as required by hospital policy.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with CVOR-specific equipment and instrumentation.
• Prior exposure to float units or multiple campus environments preferred.

Assignment Details

• Shift hours: 05:30-18:00.
• Schedule follows morning block shifts as defined by the facility.
• May be required to float to alternate campus units within the hospital system.
